Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Please email us at support@brassium.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Damaged Items If your item arrived damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at support@brassium.com.
