Brassium's Brass Frying Pan is hand-hammered from solid brass on the outside and finished with a traditional kalai (tin lining) on the inside — a time-honoured technique that makes it perfectly safe for sautéing, frying, and everyday cooking.
Its wide flat base, gently flared sides, and long iron handle make it the ideal companion for everything from a morning omelette to an evening sabzi.

Yes. Brass, copper and kansa naturally develop tonal variations and patina with time and use. This ageing is characteristic of genuine metalware and can be retained for a lived-in appearance or polished when a brighter finish is preferred.
