Brassium's Brass Kadai is hand-hammered from solid brass by master craftsmen, shaped using age-old techniques that have been passed down through generations. Every curve is intentional. Every hammer mark is a signature.

Care Instructions

Hand wash with mild soap and dry immediately. Polish with lemon and salt to restore its golden glow. Avoid prolonged cooking of highly acidic foods. Not dishwasher safe.
