The Brass Jalebi Kadai is a wide, shallow vessel steeped in the tradition of Indian street kitchens and temple prasad halls. Hand-beaten from 14-gauge pure brass sheet, its flat, open form is purpose-built for high-heat frying — the kind that gives jalebis their signature crisp spiral and golden hue.
Finished with a traditional kalai (tin lining) on the interior, this kadai is food-safe and ready for daily use. Its generous 10-inch diameter and shallow 3-inch depth allow for even oil distribution and effortless skimming — a geometry refined over generations of use.
